Cheesy Sriracha Garlic Bread! It’s a perfect appetizer to share with friends on game day or if you just want an arms length of garlic bread all to yourself! We have soft yet study bread (think Texas Toast texture), sriracha mayo, lots of garlic, and a generous shower of @rothcheese Grand Cru (It’s creamy, melty, so versatile, and one of my favorite cheeses of all time). Find Roth Grand Cru in the deli case at your local grocer.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400-degrees and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bread on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix to combine mayo and sriracha and spread over the bread. Sprinkle minced garlic over the bread and cover with Roth Grand Cru. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake until melted and crispy. Allow the bread to cool for a couple minutes. Sprinkle chives over the top and cut into sticks with a sharp knife. Serve immediately!
