Whipped Strawberry Goat Cheese Dip with Roasted Balsamic Berries

Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. In a small baking dish, toss to combine berries, sugar, balsamic, pepper, and salt. Roast until the berries are jammy with a thick syrup, 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool before topping.

In a food processor, blitz the goat cheese a few times until crumbly. While the processor is continuously running, pour in the milk, and continue blending until goat cheese is smooth, light, and airy, about 1 minute.

Spread the goat cheese onto a platter, creating dips and grooves, and then top with the roasted berries. Scatter some small basil leaves over top and a few pinches of flaky salt. Serve immediately!
