Combine the 16oz silken tofu with 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (use a coconut version for dairy free), 1/4 cup dairy or non-dairy milk, 2 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Transfer the blended mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze it overnight.
