Instructions

First, prepare the salted brown sugar cream: combine 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Whip until the mixture is airy. In a glass filled with a generous amount of ice, combine 1/2 cup of sparkling water with about 1/3 cup of cold brew concentrate (or espresso for a stronger coffee flavor). Finally, top the drink with the prepared salted brown sugar cream.
